Clubs never pay for Delibity. We don't sell your candidates' data or use it for anything else. Delibity makes money from separate products for companies.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature, for every student organization, every semester. There's no paid plan, no seat limit and no card on file. Why it's free.
How long does setup take?
Requesting an account takes about two minutes: sign in with Google and name your club. We review every new club by hand, usually the same day. Once you're in, add your E-Board and open your first form. You can set up the rest when you get to that stage.
Can we bring our roster and existing applications?
Yes. Paste your member list to add everyone at once. Applications you collected somewhere else can be uploaded so they sit next to the ones that come in through Delibity.
Who can see candidate data?
Only your club's active members. Admins run the season and interviewers see what they need to score. Marking someone inactive removes their access right away. We never sell candidate data. Read the data security overview.
Does every member need an account?
Members sign in with their Google account. Every active member you add gets an interviewer login automatically, so there's nothing to hand out.
Will it work for our club?
Delibity was built with finance and consulting clubs and professional fraternities at Cornell. It works for any student organization that recruits with applications, coffee chats, events, interviews or a vote, and you only use the parts you need.
What happens when the E-Board turns over?
Add the new board as admins and mark graduating members inactive. Past seasons, applications, rubrics and transcripts stay with the club, and the new chair can copy last season's sessions to start.
