Why I founded Delibity
After serving as VP of Recruitment for two top business organizations at Cornell, I saw firsthand how student groups are expected to run complex, competitive recruitment cycles without the structure or support that Greek life and admissions offices have access to. The result is burnout, disorganization, and processes that have to be rebuilt every semester - even when leaders have the best intentions.
